Issue 13, July 2026
This month: the recap from the Melbourne and Sydney briefings, Sheila's guided onboarding now live, AI disruption risk drivers and the ISO 27001 gap analysis on the way, and the first Drova Labs prototypes to try.
July 2026
Hi there,
I am writing this a few hours after we wrapped up in Sydney, with Melbourne still fresh from a couple of weeks back. If you were in the room with us: thank you. Those conversations are the best part of this job.
Almost every one of them came back to the same place: AI. Your risks now change at the pace of AI, and the only thing fast enough to keep pace with AI is AI. AI is not a new line on your risk register. It is the single biggest driver of everything already on it.
So this month is about what that looks like in practice: what is here, what is coming, and how you can help shape it. If you couldn't make it along, consider this your catch-up. Access the slides.
Let's get into it!

Live now
When you're ready to explore the new platform, your AI assistant Sheila meets you at the door.
Sheila learns about your organisation's objectives, then walks you step by step through setting up your instance, so you can see the benefits in minutes.
It's a guided start that gets you to value fast. Start a free trial and Sheila takes it from there.
Coming soon
AI is not a new risk to bolt onto your register. It's a driver behind many of the risks already on it. Coming soon, we'll be able to generate a free, personalised view of which of your risks AI is now driving, mapped to the objectives you care about.
This will be the clearest picture yet of where AI is turning up the pressure for your organisation. Keep an eye out!

Alongside connected evidence, Sheila is learning to read your documentation, map it to a framework's requirements, and show you where the gaps are. ISO 27001 is first out of the gate.
Point Sheila at your evidence and she does the first pass, so your team reviews and refines instead of building the map by hand.
You've heard us talk about Drova Labs, the prototype playground where your feedback shapes what we build and in what order. The first prototypes are live to try today.
Your feedback feeds directly into how features get built and the order we build them. Consider it a direct line into the product team.

Events and Incidents
A single register for logging incidents, complaints and quality events, with a portal so the wider team can submit them, and trend spotting that surfaces recurring issues and red flags.
However fast AI moves, the pace you take all of this at is yours to set. Everything above is there whenever you want a look, and a free trial is the quickest way to see Sheila working on your own objectives.
