Never used to train
Your data makes Sheila useful to you. It never trains the models behind her.
Issue 16, October 2026
This month: Drova Labs is open with six prototypes to try, File Manager is live, a plain answer on how Sheila looks after your data, and the Sydney briefing on 12 November.
October 2026
Hi there,
Priyal here, from the Product team at Drova. And this month we’re opening the doors wider than ever.
Drova Labs is open, with six prototypes you can click through and change before we build them. File Manager is live. And because Sheila is about to see a lot more of your world, we’ve written down plainly what she does with your data and what she never will.
Have a look, have a play, and tell us what you think. You can reach the team here, and I’d genuinely love to hear from you.
Kind regards,
Priyal Bhosale, GM of Strategy and Product
Sydney, 12 November
Thank you to everyone who joined us in Melbourne. We had a great time, and judging by how late lunch ran, so did you.
Sydney is next: Thursday 12 November at MA Financial, Level 27, Brookfield Place, 10 Carrington Street. The briefing runs 11 to 12, with coffee and registration from 10.45, then lunch at China Lane, a short walk away. Seats are limited.
Labs is open
Drova Labs is officially open. Six prototypes are ready to click through today: the Connectors Hub with your AI Mates, a Controls coach, event and incident management in RunSteady, reporting-based compliance in RunSure, a centralised controls library, and role-based security and permissions. Plus a lot more to come.
Each one has a short tour, the ability to click around and explore, and the option to provide feedback. Some of what you see will change, which is exactly why you’re seeing it now, while your view can still shape it.
Now live
File Manager is live on the new platform. Every policy, procedure, contract, plan, report and certificate you use sits in one list, with a category, an owner and a last-modified date, so the question “what do we hold and who owns it” has one answer.
The part that matters is the link. Add a file once and attach it to the risk it covers, the control it evidences or the requirement it meets. Earlier versions are kept, so you can show what was in place and when.
It’s live in every new Drova account today.
The more Sheila can see, the more she can do for you. So it’s fair to ask what she does with what she sees. The short answer: she reads, she doesn’t take.
Your documents and your connected tools stay exactly where they are, your tenant stays yours, and you decide what she can read and for how long.
Your data makes Sheila useful to you. It never trains the models behind her.
Your tenant is yours alone. Nothing you add can ever be seen or used by any other Drova customer.
Sheila reads, never edits. You decide which tools she can see, and you can cut that access at any moment.
That’s everything from me this month.
Everything in Drova Labs is there to be analysed and discussed. Open a prototype, press the feedback button, and tell us what you think.

Don't take our word for it. Try it out for yourself.
