Phuong has 15+ years in software engineering and distributed systems, with leadership experience scaling SaaS and enterprise platforms across multiple regions. His work spans RegTech and compliance technology, financial services, enterprise SaaS, cloud-native startups, and large enterprise software platforms.
Before Drova, Phuong led cross-functional Digital First (Growth) engineering at Ansarada and held engineering roles at IPS AG and ASW Global. Across multi-year product transformations, he has helped teams modernise architecture, scale distributed systems for enterprise customers, and lift delivery performance through strong cross-functional execution and modern cloud practices.
