Regulatory reportingfor risk and compliance

Know what's due, see what's missing, and sign off only when it's ready.

Regulatory returns often come together by hand in the last few weeks. Reporting-based compliance shows every return you owe and when it's due. Sheila AI fills in the figures from your connected systems and Drova records, and anything missing becomes a task with a due date. Your people review the return, then sign off and submit.

The Reporting-based compliance prototype: a regulatory return's gaps turned into tasks, with sign-off held until the data is ready

Why we're building this

Returns that come together at the last minute

The deadline is in a calendar, but the figures sit in core banking, the accounts and last quarter's board pack. Pulling them together often falls to one busy person in the final weeks. We hear it often: a missing register turns up late, or evidence turns out to be out of date. And when the regulator asks where a number came from, tracing it back can take longer than producing it.

In Drova, your risks, controls, incidents and evidence already sit together on one platform. We're building Reporting-based compliance so that work feeds your regulatory returns, with the gaps flagged before the deadline instead of pieced together each quarter.

Always know what's due

See every return you owe, and when

Every return sits in one list, with its due date and how far along it is. The next deadline stays at the top with a countdown, so nothing creeps up on you. Drova can also suggest a return you may owe, for you to activate. In the sample, Irish and Australian obligations sit in the same list.

Gaps found early

Get the figures filled in, with the source behind each one

Sheila AI fills each figure from the records you already keep and shows where it came from, so every number can be traced back to its source. When a figure has no record behind it, or the record behind it is out of date, it becomes a task with an owner and a due date counted back from the submission. You see the gaps while there's still time to close them.

Sign with confidence

Sign off knowing every figure is confirmed

The return and the board pack are only drafted once every figure is confirmed, or set aside with a note saying why. Then sign-off runs in order, from management to the Chair, who gets a simple screen to read the pack and sign. Sheila AI prepares and chases. Named people sign and submit.

Open Reporting-based compliance

Take the short tour, then open the sample's quarterly return and close a gap.

Tell us what would make it work for you

Share feedback from inside the prototype. It goes straight to the people building it, and we report back what changed.

Reporting-based compliance is open in Drova Labs now. Try it on a sample return and tell us what your regulator would need.

Questions and answers

Is this in the product today?

Not yet. It's a working prototype in Drova Labs, built on a sample tenant, so you can try the model while it's still taking shape. We say so in Labs and in New Frontier when it ships.

What can I try right now?

Reporting for a fictional Irish credit union: its list of returns, a quarterly return with gaps to close, the order of sign-off, and where each figure comes from. An Australian complaints data report and a suggested APRA return sit alongside it.

Does Sheila AI sign off or submit anything?

No. She fills in the return and chases the gaps. Named people confirm the figures, sign off and submit, and anything she creates is labelled and can be undone.

What happens to my feedback?

It goes straight to the person building the prototype. We report back what changed, in Labs and by email.

Does it use my data?

No. The prototype runs on a sample tenant, and you're never asked to upload anything to try it.
