Why we're building this
A register that keeps growing
A new control goes in after each audit finding or incident, and taking one away can feel riskier than leaving it. So the register grows. Controls end up checking the same thing twice, or sit with no owner, while an important risk can still have nothing covering it. It's hard to tell which controls are earning their place, and testing every one is slow.

Every control gets a score for how effective it is and for how much effort it takes to run, in hours a month. Sheila AI shows the evidence behind each score, so you can see why. Where a control needs work, she drafts a better version next to the current one. You apply it, turn it into a task or leave it as it is.

When several controls cover the same risk, Sheila AI drafts one control to replace them and shows you which risks stay covered before you change anything. Fewer controls means fewer to test. In the prototype's sample register, applying all her suggestions takes manual effort from 66 to 47 hours a month.

Find the risks with no control, and fix them
Pick a business objective and see the risks that threaten it and the controls that cover them. Where a risk has nothing covering it, open Design a control straight from the gap. Sheila AI drafts the control in plain English, suggests who owns it and how often it runs, and checks it doesn't repeat a control you already have.

Is this in the product today?
Not yet. It's a working prototype in Drova Labs, built on a sample tenant, so you can try it while it's still taking shape. We'll say so in Labs and in New Frontier when it ships.
What can I try right now?
A sample control register for a fictional software business, with 21 controls and 45 risks. You can see Sheila AI's suggestions, a score for every control, the controls she'd merge, coverage for each objective, and the control designer.
Does Sheila AI change controls by herself?
No. She reviews and drafts, and nothing changes until a person applies it. You can re-run her review after any change.
What happens to my feedback?
It goes straight to the person building the prototype. We report back what changed, in Labs and by email.
Does it use my data?
No. The prototype runs on a sample tenant, and you're never asked to upload anything to try it.
